Sassy Glassy Co LLC, dba "The Glass Collective", and dba "The Glass Collective by Sassy Glassy", is a business that sells glass art tools and supplies, and offers educational classes related to glass art techniques. By accessing or using our website or premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies or guidelines we may provide.

When purchasing products from The Glass Collective by Sassy Glassy, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for the transaction. Prices, product availability, and shipping policies are subject to change. All sheet glass sizes are approximate. 12x12 sizes are usually up to 1/4" shorter than 12" to allow for safer shipping.

Sales & Discounts The Glass Collective reserves the right to hold sales or offer discounts at any time. Certain items may be excluded.

Shipping - The Glass Collective by Sassy Glassy charges you separate shipping. We believe this helps keep the direct cost of your products lower. Instead of overestimating shipping and incorporating those prices across all products, you pay shipping for what you buy.
We also have a tiered shipping policy for sheet glass sales. You get the most value by maximg out your box - consider ordering in batches of 5 or 10 items. Each box of packaging consists of multiple layers of foam and padding to protect your product(s). For your first box, you pay for packaging and shipping costs. For your second, it is reduced to packaging and a partial shipping cost. For every box thereafter, you should expect to pay for packaging and a minimal charge to offset our shipping. Basically, the more glass you order, the more WE pay shipping instead of you!

Payments: All payments for goods and services are due at the time of purchase, unless otherwise communicated in writing by Sassy Glassy. Payments are accepted via credit card processed by Square and PayPal.

Refunds:
Finished Products - Refunds will not be issued for finished stained glass products.

Classes & Workshops - Credits toward a future class will be issued for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the start time. For cancellations within 72 hours, a partial credit may be applied at Sassy Glassy's discretion. See Section 4 for more information.

Suplies - Refunds will not be issued for supplies unless they arrive defective. Defective items must be returned for evaluation. Customer will be responsible for paying return shipping, but not for a replacement product.

Sheet Glass - Shipping glass has inherent risks to it. Sassy Glassy packacges your glass with lots of padding. Sometimes, packages are mishandled, and accidents happen. Below is a guideline Sassy Glassy takes into consideration when evaluating potential refunds. Refunds will not be issued if you do not submit pictures of your damaged packaging and glass within 48 hours of receiving your package. Submit pictures to orders@sassyglassy.com for evaluation and consideration of refunds.

Our classes and workshops offer hands-on experience and expert guidance in stained glass art for students ages 12 and up. Participants under the age of 18 must have a guardian or legally responsible chaperone in attendance with them who has also registered and paid for a class or workshop. By enrolling in a class or workshop, you agree to the following terms:

Liability Waiver: Upon arrival at any class or workshop, you are required to sign a liability waiver acknowledging the inherent risks involved in working with glass and other tools. You understand and accept that Sassy Glassy is not responsible for any injuries or damages that may occur during your participation.

Safety Requirements: You agree to wear appropriate safety gear while participating in classes, including but not limited to closed-toe shoes. Open-toe shoes, sandals, or other footwear that do not provide adequate protection are highly discouraged and to be worn at your own risk. In the event that you show up with inappropriate footwear, you will be solely responsible for injuries should you choose to continue your class. Outside food and drinks are not permitted. Bottled water and select sodas with lids are available during your class at no additional charge. All drinks will have their lid on when not actively drinking. Participants suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be removed from the class without a refund.

Instruction Compliance: You agree to follow all instructions provided by the instructor during the class. This includes following safety protocols, handling tools and materials appropriately, and engaging in class activities responsibly. Failure to follow instructions may result in removal from the class without a refund.

Class Attendance & Cancellations: Classes are not refundable. If you need to cancel your class registration, please notify us at least 72 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations made with at least 72 hours notice will be eligible for a credit towards a future class. Cancellations made within 72 hours of your class may be eligible for up to a 66% credit toward a future class of your original purchase price.

Photography Waiver: I agree to be photographed and videoed. I hereby grant permission to Sassy Glassy Co LLC and its representatives to post photographs and/or videos that include my face. I understand that these images and recordings may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials.

Overview: The Shards Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered by The Glass Collective by Sassy Glassy (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By enrolling in or using the Program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, which are in addition to our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

A) Eligibility The Program is open to all customers only. You must provide accurate contact information (such as a phone number) to enroll and to receive Shards and rewards.

B) Earning Shards
B.1 Shards are our reward “points.”
B.2 You earn Shards on qualifying purchases at a base rate of 1 Shard for every $10 spent, with a minimum purchase of $10 before tax to earn Shards.
B.3 Shards are calculated on the subtotal of eligible merchandise after discounts and before taxes, shipping, and fees. Gift cards and other excluded items (as posted in-store or online) do not earn Shards.
B.4 Shards may take up to 24 hours to appear in your account after your purchase is completed.
B.5 We may occasionally offer bonus Shards promotions or special events. Any such offers are subject to their own terms and may be changed or discontinued at any time.

C) Tiers and Benefits
C.1 The Program currently has three tiers:
• Sassy Purple – 50+ Shards
• Aventurine Green – 100+ Shards
• Dichroic Pink – 250+ Shards
C.2 Tier status is based on the Shards associated with your account. The exact method of tier calculation (current balance, lifetime Shards, or a rolling period) may change over time and will be described in-store or on our website.
C.3 While you are in a tier, you receive the benefits listed for that tier, which may include faster Shard earning, early access to special glass releases and sales, and percentage discounts on future transactions.
C.4 Tier thresholds, names, and benefits may be updated, replaced, or discontinued at any time, with or without notice.

D) Rewards and Redemption
D.1 Shards can be redeemed for rewards as published in-store or online, including but not limited to:
• SCRAP – 15 Shards: 10% off your purchase (up to $20 max discount)
• HALF SHEET – 30 Shards: 15% off your purchase (up to $45 max discount)
• SHEET – 42 Shards: 20% off your purchase (up to $70 max discount)
• MEOW – 1000 Shards: a free digital picture of Eddie’s Cat
D.2 Rewards are subject to availability and may change or be discontinued at any time. The list above is an example of current rewards and is not guaranteed to be permanent.
D.3 Only one reward may typically be redeemed per transaction, and rewards may not be combined with certain sales, coupons, or promotions unless expressly allowed.
D.4 Rewards have no cash value, are not refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
D.5 Once Shards are redeemed, they are deducted from your account and cannot be returned.

E) Exclusions and Limitations
E.1 Unless otherwise stated, the following are generally excluded from earning or redeeming Shards: gift cards, private events, and certain specialty or limited items.
E.2 We reserve the right to limit rewards or exclude certain products or categories from discounts at any time.
E.3 Misuse of the Program, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, attempting to manipulate Shard balances, or fraudulent activity, may result in the cancellation of your Shards, rewards, and Program participation.

F) Expiration and Inactivity
F.1 Shards and/or tier status may expire after a period of inactivity. Inactivity means no qualifying purchase and no reward redemption during the applicable period.
F.2 Our current policy is that accounts with 6 months of inactivity may have Shards expired and tier status reset, but this policy may change. Any updates will be posted in-store or on our website.
F.3 Expired Shards cannot be reinstated.

G) Non-Transferability
G.1 Shards, rewards, and Program accounts are personal to each customer and may not be sold, transferred, assigned, or combined with another person’s account.
G.12 Any attempt to transfer or sell Shards or rewards may result in termination from the Program.

H) Changes to the Program
H.1 We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, any part of it, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.
H.2 If the Program is terminated, any unused Shards and unredeemed rewards may be forfeited without compensation.

I) Privacy
I.1 Participation in the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
I.2 By participating in the Program, you consent to receive Program-related communications, such as balance updates and reward notices, via the contact information you provide.

By using our website or participating in our classes, you agree to: 1) Not engage in any behavior that is harmful, disruptive, or illegal. This includes behavior that is racist, sexist, homophobic or transphobic and other hateful language or actions. Such actions will result in immediate removal from the class or workshop with no refund. 2) Use our products and services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 3) Not infringe on the intellectual property rights of Sassy Glassy or any third parties.

By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from The Glass Collective by Sassy Glassy. This includes SMS messages for conversations (external). These conversations include, but are not limited to: classes, products, store hours, private parties, and corporate events.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sassy Glassy is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use of our website, products, or participation in our classes. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sassy Glassy operates. Any legal actions or proceedings related to these Terms must be brought in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
